Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we will do our best to ensure your order is made to your needs. We also do our best to have all orders delivered to your door within 14 working days of purchase although sometimes uncontrollable delivery delays can occur.

Our products are insured during delivery, should any damage be caused to your order during transport we will replace for free- this is at the discretion of Koalabel and will require photo evidence of breakage.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order you can request refund or replacement (at your cost) within 28 days of receiving your order. All returns and refunds are at the discretion of Koalabel.
